Everyone from the ladies that helped on the phone with accounting - very helpful and pleasant - to the people coordinating. The guys on site were very professional, neat and helpful - even let me work a little with them, helped move wood and cleaned up - great guys. And especially Manny - no pressure sales to jumping on every need or want. He worked with us on everything.

All of you helped this go smoothly and helped tie it all together as a very special experience. We already referred you to others. Thanks ever so much. We fell like we gained friends, again Thanks - especially you, Manny.

Please have your roof leak specialist stop in at his earliest convenience to repair a roof leak in our building. The leak is in the apartment area of the building and is one of the leaks he repaired previously, but the repair apparently failed over the winter. So far the leak has not gone completely through the ceiling panel although the affected panel will need to be replaced since it is discolored and molded.

Otherwise we are very satisfied with the building and have received many compliments. We have also given you several referrals plus others who probably saw your name plate on the roof ridge vent.
